GENERAL
- The final artwork remains the intellectual property of Green Retroman; the commission cannot be claimed as one's own. I hold all copyright to my artwork.The client acquires solely personal use rights; using the commission for profit is prohibited.
- I reserve the right to use the commission for promotional purposes (unless otherwise specified from the beginning and will be extra charged)
- I reserve the right to reject the commission if I am uncomfortable or unable to meet the standards.
- The order may be made in stream unless otherwise indicated, and can also be used as an example on my networks. (unless otherwise specified from the beginning and will be extra charged)
- I do not consent under any circumstances for the order to be used for AI, NFT, Blockchain, or similar.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
- Payment via PayPal.
- Paid upfront.
- Refund will only be granted if the sketching process has not finished or if, for any reason, I cannot complete the commission.
- There is no deadline, if you need it, you will have to pay extra, this will also allow you to skip the waiting list.
- Price may change due to details.
- At the time of sending the payment via PayPal the rates are charged to the customer. This means that YOU have to pay the PayPal rate NOT me, thank you.

PROCESS
- To request a commission or address any queries, send a Direct Message via Twitter (X), Instagram, Discord, Mail etc. If there are no questions, provide the specifications for your commission as described below.
- Sketch. Upon payment, the sketching process will begin. Principal idea of what will be the final product. Changes can be made.
- Lineart. The line is made, with a closed and detailed one that shows the beggining of the final product.
-Changes. Not obligatory. Free changes at the sketch process and 3 free changes at the lineart process, after that, $4 extra for each change.
- Color. Color and shades are added, changes at the flat color are free.
- Details. Extras that might wanted to be added, as background or effects. Not obligatory.

Specifications for Your Commission
- Type of commission (Sketch / Lineart / Full color) (Headshot / Half body / Full body) (Emote) (PNGtuber)
- References (must be images; or a detailed description).
- Expression or pose (Frontal, 3/4, profile, or, if more complex, a quick sketch or reference images would be helpful).
- Personality (Short description) (Optional)
- Background (Flat color, gradient, simple landscape). Detailed background will add an amount to the final price.
